Can I ask why the head is 20 million polys? The head seems pretty simplistic, if you are subdividing just to subdivide, you should rethink your approach. -

You're using way too much black in your textures. You need to bring up your dark values by at least 20% and add some color to them. -

Hmmm. In fact this one looks quite feasible. Both 20 mm cannons and 7.62 machine guns were common on aircrafts. I wish it could fly as well. -

In over 20 years of professional graphic design and 3d art life I've never felt like I needed an image viewer. Am I missing something? -

I do the same thing. We usually get about 20 or 30 levels in and get burned out from getting our asses kicked so much. -
