I think what it maens to take games seriously is to believe that games have value. So I suppose this includes game developers, etc. If it doesn't matter to some people, I have to think that's is alright. It is just something you can believe has value. Sooo Sooory guys, The better half said i had to go to bed and turned the PC off. It was running for a while, and the people that were in had a good ping, it is a 2mb connection but i had the max players set to 5 so for locals it was pretty good (50-100 ish). This result can be achieved with pretty much anything standard grey and any kind of indirect illumination. set your skylight over 1 to as much as you need. Pretty damn fine for your first try 2 things I'd change: - The damage. You could use some more nicks and dings on the blade itself, as well as a colour change where it connects to the wood (rusty orange or maybe a greenish blue). I think that could really make this pop :) - AO. Add some cool dark tones where things connect… -

hey Zero, Yeah I understand what your saying...If you look closely the 'table' in the background is based on a plane tail wing and the side table is another part of an airplane. i need to change the uvw map on the wings, after poop was kind enough to give the model a once over earlier. thanks poop! also, before i release it, should i re-arrange the smoothing groups so its all one group, or leave tehm how i have them set up? either way, i guess you can all change the smoothing to suit your own…
