No, I'm not using any reference. Without the leather top it is remain of bricks of castle entrance destroyed few hundred years ago. The remains are stabilized by wooden construction.
One crit would be your scale. The bricks and cobble are a bit too large for me, Try putting a placeholder for a character and match the scaling of your textures according to that.
All incredible work. The various levels of disrepair on the bricked up ticket stations are a perfect detail that tell a ton about the general environment of the game and that specific location.
Update: I've changed the bricks and added a bunch of grunge to the scene, I think it needs more still. Lighting is getting closer to the concept, but still isn't there, suggestions?
Looks awesome, just a unnecessary idea but it would be cool to see a few plants crawling about the bricks or even breaking through the ground... anyways cool stuff!
make duplicate of some bricks - 20 or so - then unwrap eachone individually only to stack them all in the same uv space anyways - WTF was i thinking!!!
What's your target platform, RTS? Bricks have noticeable scale differences from face to face, and as GOBEE said, those stairs and handrails look wrong.
