very cool, what did you mean by no baking except an ID map? I assume there is a normal map that you had already baked that you painted on top of in ndoPainter? -

Nitewalkr we had identical PC specs except I'm on a 560ti. Definitely look into upgrading your ram, I went from 6 to 8 and it made quite the difference. -

Really nice gun ! No crit to give on it, except on the ivory but I have nothing to add to the crits already given on this. I agree with Sardu on the plaque, maybe try a crimson velvet ? -

Hi TaylorMouse, I think your texture has some very dark blacks in it. I'll refer to my previous post Everything except for that black seems to work imo. -

Thanks, glad you guys like it :) With the exception of a few small elements (the waterwheel next to the mill, some doors) that animate ingame, everything is pre-rendered in Maya/Mental Ray. -

Guys!, as much as gray is cynical, you make me want to side with him ;) Easy down on the wild speculation, scientifically there's no easy solution to these problems except the ones that will have to be invented.
