http://www.iwatchstuff.com/2007/04/spiderman_doesnt_need_you_sam.php It seems to me that Raimi wrapping up the goblins son story line in a completely rushed terrible and convenient and squeezing in spideys most popular bad guy in a completely rushed terrible and convenient way is signs that he's done with the series
its a bit more than just a node based version of maya. its really more like a library of computational geometry and effects functions wrapped up in a node editor . I mean you can not use 99% of its capabilities and treat it like maya but it's not very good at that.
I'm shortly wrapping this up and sorting the low poly, after some proportion comparison and refining the forms.I wanted to refine the cloth/anatomical details a bit more before finalizing. I still have a lot of practice to work on cloth, torn fabric and hair :D Cheers all
Thank you Andres, I've spent the day reworking the textures and aging the glove. Hey Callum, thank you! Now that I've wrapped up the glove, I've got a few more tweaks with the HP and face sculpt. Then I should be on to retopo/UV and finally texturing! @AndresZambrano @CallumBaws
@bcottage True! Didn't think of that at all. :s Got an idea for the knee pads- The angle and size is fine but it just looks like they're floating. Put a strap or buckle that wraps around the back of the knee. I know it's not what they look like but I think it should help on appearance.
http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/shrink-wrap-ms Took some tweaking but Some of these worked especially when I... Cloned lowpoly Used Push modifier to get it close to my original cage, but made sure to make it larger. Then applied the Shrink Script Thanks guys
Little update- not much has changed except the bits that I just mentioned. I'm planning to do her semi-stylised so I'm not going to go into details too obsessively. Don't think it'll be long until I wrap the highpoly up so crit is appreciated !
It's not falling apart, it's improving and it's easily the best free painting software around. The problem is the workflow outside of painting leaves a lot to be desired, imo. I still need to have PS open every time I have Krita open. But Krita is outclassing it in panting, that wrap mode is invaluable.
I workout and run after, I've been eating good as well. During the semester I eat spinach wraps with spinich, carrots, rice, and chicken, drink a lot of water. Its better to graze throughout the day than to eat large portion meals. It actually increases metabolism.
Maybe not the perfect example, but... Does anyone if there's an easy way in this new update to unwrap a winding road into a perfectly straight strip? I know you can do this in 3ds max by selecting an edge and hitting "wrap" in the uv modifier and presto. I was hoping Maya can do it as well.
