Looks pretty good so far, tits. One issue i'm noticing is the white paints. They currently look like a stencil instead of hand painted on to her skin. Personally i think her skin bits need more characteristics of human flesh such splotchiness in the colors,some texture a roughness and some shiny oily areas. Keep going! -

rumblesushi: Maybe check out the unity website and see if they've got any performance optimization tips? Seriously though, I've done some work on I guess 2 Unity games now (just a character, a car and some minor items), but have zero knowledge of the performance characteristics of the engine. -

While walking to the H.E.B for lunch with my coworker, we talked about this and I think I've nailed down who/what I'm going to make, and it is glorious. Lots of opportunities for great skin surface stuff, a very characteristic face, and awesome props/gear. I hope I finish. :poly124: -

just throw an environment cubemap on it and call it a day. usually people who ask questions like these don't really give a shit about doing it right as much as getting an easy solution, so i think any tirade about emulating or applying actual physical characteristics would just be lost here. -

Didn't get a chance to work on him yesterday but today I'm at it again! I've tried to get some nice subtle asymmetry into his upper body and here's where I'm at right now. I'm gonna work some more on his face and try to work more on some characteristic asymmetry there too. -

+1 on James Gurney's Colour and Light book; I got it a few days ago and am finding it to be illuminating :) Something I'd find useful would be an inspirational book of characteristic architectural styles spanning culture and time, coffee-table style and full of pretty pictures. Anyone know whether such a book exists? -

White + red colors are more characteristic of a healer-type character (blame Final Fantasy for that) With that being said I think you should make his top a different color scheme. (EDIT: Post below explains the origin of that particular color scheme better. So don't blame Final Fantasy. lol.) -
