Lots of cool blues and purples in the reference, you caught it really well in that locker texture. Making the rest of the textures match that painterly style and color relation will help. Hope you can finish most of it before our classes start Feb.4th hahah. I'm wondering if I should rush something out last minute as well… -

Re: Modo - UV viewport slow performance
Are you sure NV is enabled, i have similar laptop with similar hw and no problems with Modo. you can type glinfo in command line to see what Modo thinks of your hw, could be that on board gpu is used. Also in Performance VBO is turned off, default is ON. With your GPU, it should be on and increase performance largely. HTH,… -

Okay so I was waiting for someone else to resurrect this thread again. They're having an insane two week long holiday sale with flash sales every 12 hours. (Dec 19th - Jan 3rd) It's definitely worth keeping an eye on. There are a lot of "Game of the Year" or "Deluxe" editions up there every day. Most games are 75-80% off. -

thank you very much guys. so far i tested hight blend and by pushing the plaster it works quite fine for the first approach but i think i will also work with pom floaters and decals. Maybe i also try sth with cutting parts out and using different ids together with decals to get good edges -
