mine's always been fine snapping to a grid, but you can't snap vertically in the perspective viewport :/

for that you could just do the same as above but just without the edges limiting the size of the panels vertically and scale the seams down.

Looking good. Maybe it could be scaled down a bit on the vertical axis. It looks slightly stretched. Mostly the nose and lower jaw.

@garcellano Yeah it's a lot of masking. I'm sure there's a better way but I was using Tile Samplers with a vertical Gradient as Mask Map.
