Major improvement! At this point I would look at reference pictures of her from similar angle and just see how the facial structure "flows" on her face compared to yours. The way light falls on her face in pictures give a good indication of her bone structure to follow from. I couldn't really find a good picture of her… -

Ahh you have polys facing the wrong way. You might want to check creative crash for a script similar to this: http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/unify-flip-normal-polygons It will unify your polygons so that backward facing polys get flipped to face the same way as the majority of the faces in the mesh. Re: Receding vs Protruding normals
The normals on your sombrero shape are facing the wrong way. Fix it by selecting the mesh and doing normals>reverse. Then try rebaking. Should work fine. By the way, "normals" are a different thing from a "normal map". Each polygon has a front face and a back face. The normal will protrude from the front face. Basically… -

hey ! In fact , i use Adobe Fireworks for Vectors,draw etc... I draw on 2D face. After i use 3DCoat. I create UV map with photoshop and 3Dcoat. you can painting directly into the 3D model with 3Dcoat software ^^ Thank you for your comment ! :) -

Yeah, your right Mr. Brightside. I did keep the Face at the end of the barrel large to allow me to fake the barrels hole and have less Pixelation occur due to the small UV Size. But I will re-adjust the UV's to maximize space for the Grip since most of the detail will be there. -

Since they're facing the glass, they could be hologram projectors that project something just inside the glass, like a fake sunny sky, banners, ads, etc. They could also just be vents, maybe mist comes out of them for the plants or something, good excuse for a particle effect. Also, my blockout.
