i have a large circle on the underside of my left forearm and two bands circling my right forearm. i doubt they had any negative impact when i interviewed for the job I have now, but in the scope of things, they are very "low impact" tats.
Just a small project I did to learn more about Substance Designer, SpeedTree and Foliage setup in UE4. Inspired by the Sun Circle in Gothic II. http://polycount.com/discussion/183970/ue4-circle-of-the-sun-gothic-ii-inspired-environment/p1?new=1
You really need to smooth out the the main forms (circle at top and base) as the silhouette is very jagged right now. The rectangular insets could perhaps use a bit more geo as well. The black circle above the big rectangular inset could probably be removed and be faked with the textures as it doesn't change the…
Nice method Earthquake, looks like a cleaner way to start things then what I did. I did my circle cuts by placing an 8 sided circle spline behind the plane that I wanted a hole in, turned on snap to vertex and started cutting into the plane following the shape of the circle. Required cleaning up afterwards though. Real…
uhm.... biggest problem i have with it, is that it's named after something that it clearly isn't following. Lucifer is shown in the gluttony circle, when he's actually frozen to his waist in the centre of the ninth circle, his wings beating so rythmically and eternally (trying to escape), that the draft causes the entire…
@Zlivingston first of all your circle contains alot of verts. Try working with a 8 vert circle, so that you can fit it in these 4 faces.I believe the easiest way to do this would be to pick the vertex that you want to be the center, and chamfer it.This will produce a square. split the edges of that square in half, and…
If you have only the scale gizmo active, then click on the white circle. If you have the move gizmo active as well, the white circle will move the object. If you have rotate gizmo active as well, you will only have this big white circle for rotating in screenspace. Trackball might be what you're looking for for the second…
Yay, this is looking excellent. The circle explosions are cute but the circle smoke puffs don't match the style as well imo and look a little cheap compared with the models and animations (and compared with this old one that you did, which is fucking boss) I know doing that high quality effect everywhere would get…
adding the back logo, could not find a clean version so had to mess with it in photoshop the back lights have little extra circles in each panel, hard to add it procedurally, so will do it in photoshop
