this has pretty much become a what is art thing ... heres somthing tho ... last year , i taught my girlfriend how to use maya in a day ... at the begining of the day , she couldnt do a thing .. not rotate thae camara or anything ... at the end of the day she had an assortment of fairly good models , now she isnt an artist… -

Flip the interview around, make sure to get them talking if you can. Remember they aren't just interviewing you, but you are interviewing them. For some reason people think listeners are smart people, likewise people who run off at the mouth a million miles a min often come off as immature. Study the company, get to know… -

so apparently when it hangs where it says 'working', it means that there should be a pop up window with an additional authentication, which did not happen I guess it's to do with pop up blockers. they did not full explain it , because I do not have this issue on other purchases. will have to do some more digging -

Really digging the fibermesh work on your character ! If I may ask, for the shaved hair, did you bake it directly on the lowpoly head or did you use cards ? I'm asking because I'm tackling a character with some shaved hair and not yet sure how to handle this part. -

I think for UT3 the weapons were in the 10-14,000 tris range for the highest LOD On darkest of days, the assets i did were mostly in the 3-6,000 range, depending on complexity of course. 1500 wouldn't be too much by anyone's standards these days, in most cases this wouldn't be enough. -

I like how I say this, and then a little digging later reveals that they did put it into 2010. I'm still pretty sad that I never did this, but I guess it's for the best. Knowing Autodesk, the integration will be much deeper than it could've been using my hacky DotNet method. -

Yeah i check in every day or two to find 45 new porn ads, great times. The new version of the boards with the delete as spam stuff is INSANELY useful there. CORY did you get fired for being to much of a bad ass? Did you choke someone or something?
