Your Occlusion falloff is the problem there. I usually used somewhere in between 100 and 200. I would play with it. 20 - 50 - 100. It depends on how much you want. -

Thanks for the tut. Gave this a go today at work on a small prop and it added nicely to my bake. I set the green channel to Colour Dodge at 50% opacity and it worked nicely :) -

This, I agree. If you want to see the proof go to www.mmosite.com and check out the game list, almost 50% will look like they were ripped off from Blizzard's Wow. -
