That's very true- I found that out the hard way, so I was able to find some IRL replicas of the pistol to work from. I attached the main one I used below.
The nasolabial folds, to me, seem too tight. A good rule of thumb is that they start midway (or above) at the nostril and arc out near the corners of the mouth. Much better though. You're improving heaps!
That and the iris(es)? don't quite look right, something is amiss about them. That and whatever bird was the previous owner of that skull probably died pretty quickly since it has no nostrils with which to breath.
Make sure you are selecting arc rotate sub object at the very bottom right? select it, and once set, it stays this way all the time. Just guessing I could be totally wrong =/
You can still use that good old meshtools (if you want a free script) that do exactly that + bridge polygons (unfortunatly IIRC it doent bridge edges.) with one key called Connect.
Replied to your CGTalk post. http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=61068&goto=newpost (linked to some tuts) Also poopinmymouth has a tut for this too, IIRC. http://www.poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/tutorial.htm
Absolutely exhausted today because of irl stuff, so I will just sleep I think 🥱 Sorry all, i'll try make something cooler tomorrow when i'm well rested!
I was getting that error too and couldn't find the area to log out and log back in. What I did was use another browser (IE instead of Chrome iirc) and it worked as it should have.
