lots of direct x shaders floating around these days, but not many hair shaders. Anyone heard of nay for 3dsmax. It seems that anisotropic stuff doesn't wok in max ?
we're going to need a little bit more information than that I'm afraid like .. where did it come from? it's unlikely anyone's going to write you a converter for free - it takes ages. but its possible that there's a pre-existing tool floating around that someone knows about
