Looks like you've got an extension until the 4th of May. Now that you have the time, it'd be good to try to blend the hair into the head a little better. It kinda looks like it's just glued on at this point and is, I think, the thing that's jumping out the most as not working now. -

doesnt have to do with the normals, you can have overlapping textures with normal maps too. The parts look exactly thesame on teh normal map aswel. It looks cool but you could have achieved thesame result with only a 4th of the texture space i think. -

I think he appears in the 3rd or 4th episode. :) The shoes are very deep. I got the impression they were solid iron or stone or something, because they make a very "heavy" sound when he´s walking or stomping. He´s probably wearing them for training. -
