Just out of curiosity, well maybe just a correction....but why is the status a freelancer yet your restrictions in-house...isnt this a juicy contradiction? No biggie, just more of a curiosity thing more than anything. -

you should definitely use vertex painting (not only moss, but some dirt, and damage (normal map). You could also add some dust particles and statues. I love the lighting and atmosphere. -

Re: Tutorial : Hair in Zbrush
Nice tutorial, indeed. It's concise and easy to understand. Recently I've been making some zbrush models of statues, and this technique should work very nicely for making hair that looks sculpted from stone. -

There's gotta be no way that'll look decent enough on this gen's hardware and even Volta would be hard pressed to get close I'm sure. I'm wondering if this is a status/statement kinda thing, to become immortalized sort of like Crysis. -

I see that dDo is prohibited, what's the status on Substance Des/Painter? Was thinking of giving it a whirl and trying to make some stuff that way (I know some stuff in Des but painter would be pretty much new to me)
