Looks really great. The thing that strikes me most is the eyes. Are they two pieces of geo? I am imagining you made a half sphere for the iris and a full sphere with transparency for the rest. -

WTF, this shouldn't be possible. It irks me they don't show the image without the selection thingy after the C-A fill, so you could see whether the scene really fits together. -

I got caught up in stuff irl, but glad to see Mark was able to diagnose. Honestly I probably wouldn't have caught that, since max settings aren't my forte. -

Little critic: ZBrush the stones especially the parts between the stones in the arc, it's heavily visible, that the black parts are just textures that are supposed to be smal bits between the stone. Just a minor thing :) -

Thanks! This is helpful stuff. Football is Soccer here too so that's all good. I'm also not a mum from the 80's so thanks for that. "Boot" in NZ is "Trunk" in US iirc. -

the shift-click is, IIRC, the loop/ring selection. so if it doesn't work, it means you're trying to select edges that aren't in the same loop/ring. You need quads to pull this off. -

No problem. Also do you have the new most recent Hobbit movie on hand? IIRC there was a pretty big fight at the end in the Dwarven Mines. Tons of ref waiting to be used :D -

Looks really nice, I especially like how her iris turned out. What is your approach for creating the skin textures? Polypaint or something like Mari and projecting textures? -

The new arcing lines in the axe blade area (between the bat wing "fingers") seem to be making it overly noisy. Great sculpting work and very entertaining design -- straddle that axe! Straddle it!
