The broken down car or truck is a good idea and would be the ideal place to reinforce the Soviet feel with logos etc. If you want it to look like a cold environment maybe add frost/ice, a few icicles or snow patches. I think you need to increase the overgrown vegetation too, eg. there would be lots of grass growing through… -

The layout is definitely a lot better than before. Looks like it would make a great Counter-Strike or COD map. Not a fan of the current direction with the blue. It looks like a smurf village right now. There's not enough contrast in the scene and the blue is way too saturated. Tokusei's link is full of some much better… -

Wow it's really beautiful, I really like the open feeling it gives. I'm not quiet sure how to put this but it has a lot of opacity so it comes off looking quiet and open. It will contrast the battling really well. I think it is excellently done. And the colors are really tied together nice I might add warm colored flowers… -

This is looking really nice. As @Jungsik mentioned though, your water shouldn't be rippling as it probably hasn't been disturbed for a very long time. If you're looking to add some more movement in the screen, how about a couple Coy Carp swimming around in the pool? The intense colour of the water should obscure them… -
