I've tried that and it does not work. :/ But the issue is happening on both my work machine and my home machine. At work, I have 3ds Max 2014 and Windows 7. At home, I have 3ds Max 2016 Student and Windows 10. I'm not sure what kind of service packs I have, but I'm pretty sure I should be up to date on both of them.
