3DCoat is a fantastic tool. I use it for 3d painting, and right now there's a functional PBR workflow in beta that I'm really impressed with. Right now the assistant manager is back off of his holidays I may get a lot more free time to finish this! I've started to low poly the dragon's head. Also on the disconnection that has grown between the ninja idea and dragon sculpt, I propose to either have the dragon as its own model or change the woman... -

Sounds like the mesh is too dense for Max to handle. It's happened to me a few times, but only when the sculpts were particularly heavy and really, it wasn't much of a surprise. Have you considered using Meshlab to crunch down the high poly model into a manageable low poly for unwrapping? Great little free program.… -

My first true try at a human head sculpt, I'm really liking Zbrush so far. I think I'll keep working on the head. I'm just happy it at least came out looking human. Any one have any tips on how to un-crapify, geometry like those ears I destroyed?
