I had the same error on my archos tablet, figured it was a hardware compatibility issue since it wasnt an officially supported model. I'm pretty sure the galaxy is 100% supported so this ones a bit of a mystery, sorry wish i had more info
Thanks guys, it's also the first thing i did in a long time with a drawing tablet :) i just got a bamboo wacom lol. I think those veins were more redish in the original concept i'll try that and maybe darken them a bit.
Have you tried SmudgeGuard? It works wonderfully on a tablet if you hands get sweaty. I think I'm going to go for that in my pencil and paper work too since, like you said, if you're not careful there will be smudging either way. Thanks for the reply!
I regularly see parents hand their fussy 3 year old an iPad or iPhone to play with. The lack of good joysticks is the biggest problem with smartphones and tablets and I'm sure Nintendo notices the fact that more people are playing with smartphones than their own handhelds these days.
I'd actually recommend going to the doctors on this occasion. I had a trapped nerve in my leg for weeks before finally going to the doctors. The Anti-inflammatory tablets they gave me helped a ton and I was back to full health in less than 2 weeks.
My mouse and tablet are on the left because I'm left handed. Spending most of my day in maya/photoshop, I keep the keyboarded angled keeping my right hand on the shortcut keys. Orginally used this setup for fps gaming. http://chrisholden.net/desk412how.jpg
I had trouble installing an Intuous 2 in Windows 7 recently. My solution was to use an older driver, and to disable all the Tablet PC junk in Windows. There was a thread here on Polycount about this, here. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67588
I'll jack up the contrast and brightness values and post an update later today... really appreciate it, I'm still a little timid on brightness though it seems like any tablet-top miniature at birds eye view your contrast matters alot.
Hanska - It's been a while since I've been doing anatomy studies and I guess it's showing. :) Guess it's time to hit the tablet and get back in the habit of doing one every day. Thanks for the pointers. Cholden - Brutal, but fair. I'll take it on board.
Other stuff i can just put a plane with some FX on it and some particles but now i dont have tablet to paint and use zbrush as i use too i waiting for it in couple of days so this is just for improving my hands :)
