In truth, I play the sports games drinking with friends more than any other. Wii play is "ok." but like zombeh says, its only worth it for the 10 dollars you are technically paying for the game. heh. Raving Rabbids is another good party game. Excite truck is pretty fun if a bit shallow. It's kept me playing, though.… -
Re: Video Games ruining my productivity.
I find I only have this problem with Strategy games, RPGs, Online shooters, and sports games. So I mostly just play story games that I can finish in less than 20 hours. Play for a couple of days in my spare time, then play the next one I've been looking forward to a few weeks or months later. Honestly, my biggest problem… -

WOW! the game is BRILL! "okay okay. here i go. cons first: - opening cinemtic sequence is looong and arduos. - too many cutscenes, but they're nice to watch, especially trying to catch those visual glitches to unlock achievements - the tutorial is too long, and gets a bit boring. i know its a neccesary evil... but meh. -… -

@Joopson ah, I must have missed the setting to fill in holes of UV shells. But what Im looking for the Maya UV packer to do is basically what gnoop mentioned above with UVPackmaster2. Its basically laying out the UVs in the most optimized way possible with as little empty space. I dont think Maya can do that, unless theres… -

That damn cobble path will be the end of me haha. I'm not a big fan of the idea of placing a ton of cobble stone models by hand (tried that with the bricks and gave up XD) on the landscape, but maybe I can see what I can do with adding some normal maps to it and possibly cutting up the cobbles into smaller fragments/closer… -

lol... there is no texture on the new model yet ^^ The armor's UV's are layed out and I put a basic stin-looking texture on the ribbon, but that's it. I'm gonna optimize the crap outta him, then normal map probably. I haven't tried that yet, so we'll see. Removing tri's in the claws? Those are gonna be solid on the finger… -

didn't see any other l4d2 threads. Anyone still playing it? after a lot of playing the game when it came out, i dropped the game, but i decided to play some more.
