i am pretty interested in how are you going to solve the problem with moving/targeting and shooting controls. I hope you have a great solution for this :)

Oh im not using the concept of jecht as a reference, just as a target, im using multiple references for anatomy. Otherwise hed have muscles up the wazoo
Morph target? If you have enough edge loops, and spend enough time tweaking (soft selection in 3dsmax, if you're using it), it shouldn't be too difficult.
I'll have to see this. Somehow I actually liked the Doom movie. I'm the 'low expectations' audience that so many movie producers are targeting these days.
