Stromberg90: Sure, its actually a pretty simple setup. In Zbrush, I used the "SilverFoilBright" matcap material, and changed the color to be a very slight yellow/green. Joseph Silverman - Thank you! :) allmighty_thunder - Glad you dig them! :) I unwrapped the mesh so I can cover as much of the uv space as possible and keeping the texel size constant on the concrete block mesh.
