      Thanks!!! I deleted the folder in appdata, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and now it works.

      Did you check your Autoback folder? There might be a recoverable file in there.

      You need both the map and package file in UDKGame\Content folder.

      Delete quixel plugin from where you put it in UE4 folder.

      Are you using 2012? Go to the scripts folder and edit the userSetup.mel. AddbonusToolsMenu;

      you should be able to just copy the whole prefs folder over :)
