Dunno, it doesn't load for me either. It stops loading (in Opera the status bar also reports when flash loads data) but doesn't do anything. -

You've got a good S shape from the sideview, so it's a good base but you need to work more on the anatomy. I suggest looking at statues and or getting a book on anatomy. -

@NikhilR Thanks for posting the stuff of nightmares. One of the more memorable assets is the elk-like statue from God of War 4. I stared at that thing for ages before moving on. -

You could probably repurpose it by giving it a more compelling statue on/in the fountain. Or use it to express your VFX skills: water spout, splashing, etc. All environment art related. -
