Thanks guys. The hands need a bit of work so I'll definitely look at those refs @PyrZern posted along with some others. @MarcoAntonio mee too am, I wanted to do albedo too but I couldn't help doing momonga first.
@PyrZern, I'm in no kind of a time crunch. I really like the first design. I'm going to take into consideration your and @Chillydog12345's comments. Time to re-do the dress with added wrinkles. This is exactly why I started a WIP thread. Thanks for the help.
@PyrZern: thanks for the advice and the ref :) Here is another update, i think the face looks much better now, at least compared to before. I also started with the body, i know the anatomy is off, i guess i only need more reference and practice, but any advice on how to study/improve that is very welcome.
Pyrzern, it's already long been established that the footage in that gif was controlled by a lady who was told not to use lockon for some reason. Whether that's because it was closed doors stuff and they wanted to hide the UI which was also hidden or because they just wanted a more cinematic feel...Regardless it really is…
Way too high subdiv too early there. Probably want to lower the z intensity as well. And more ref. You using basemesh or dynamesh, btw ? Also, we could help more if we know what kind of character is that. mid-weight wrestler ? More ref here - https://www.pinterest.com/PyrZern/anatomy-overview/
B_Korth - Im thinking more towards high heels PyrZern - Her arms did felt something is missing for her armor so I decided to have her wear something like gloves and gauntlets I wasn't really happy with her corset. I tried to paint over it but I'm really bad at it. UPDATE CONCEPT
@PyrZern Thank you for the picture, it was very helpful! I am so glad I finished this on time. This was my first character I have completed and it was a huge learning experience for me. I loved looking through all of the amazing entries, good luck to everyone! :)
PyrZern - I have had this loads of times. I think over the years, say from 1996 to present day have been contacted maybe a hundred times and only 1 postive outcome maybe they just get paid for how many calls they make
PyrZern: KYRANDIA! I was more partial to the first one, the animation of Kallack writing in his journal was pretty amazing for it's time especially compared to consoles. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GaCkwjgBXDc"]The Legend of Kyrandia: Book One (1992, Westwood) [Intro] - YouTube[/ame]
PyrZern, With so many artist wanting to work so bad and basically selling their work away for peanuts . I don't think putting my prices up online for anyone to see will do the industry any good. Artist will start looking at other people's price and lower them a little bit more to be competitive.... Then will all be working…
