If i'm not mistaken these are a 1000 replays, merged in the ingame Replay Editor, rather than 1000 cars being ingame at the same time. -

$1000 is not a good budget for what you are asking. The first decent notebooks for 3d were about $3000. I'm not sure what they are now, but I'm guessing it's no where near the $1000 mark -

iOS has its own 3D softwares, stop trying to take our glory. :P Anyhow per this. I can't figure out heads or tails for the interface. The video doesn't help much.
