might wanna have a look at Leadwerks engine too ($150)...lotso high-end eye-candy stuff (shader model 3.0 min specs), but will require programming skills (similar to C4).
I made a version with 2 different blur settings, one for diffuse lighting, and one for specular that could be transitioned between, which was about 150 instructions. The single bit there is I believe 109-115.
DX11 - crappy dynamic shadows and 80 fps or, DX9 - crappy dynamic shadows and 150 fps... Yeah so hard to choose :P But at least we are going to get proper dynamic lighting in UE4.
Talked to a local place today, I can get a 500 watt psu for $30 bucks, a gts 450 (their reccomendation, they claim it will be about a 150% boost in performance) for $135 and will install it for $10 sound good?

Hi, I've created a rain event inside my scene, but for some reason the event stops after only 150 frames, even though the emitter is set to last much longer in the birth event....Does anyone know what might be causing this?
