Little more lookdev for the crystal. I want to have this super distinct iris in the center but right now I'm using a high poly mesh as a placeholder to visualize. -

I'd say that a part of the problem is the wires look too perfect. They come out in perfect arcs without twists or kinks in them, it makes them look odd. -

@vemadesign your 2nd exemple looks like your better off with image based reflection, which take into account the materials spec and gloss map iirc -

+1 for ASUS here, I used a 1366 Socket ASUS with my i7 and it's been fantastic. Also IIRC, the pricing wasn't too dissimilar to the Gigabyte counterparts. -

pior, personally, I bothered because I was thinking about seeing how bad a separated iris would look on lowpoly. Just for experimentin's sake. :D
