Vonklaus: I might be pursuaded to send you some, although I doubt it'd be cheaper than finding it in an import beer shop! Also, obviously sending fragile glass with precious fluids is risky. Also, on January 1st I experienced a very sudden and bizarre lack of enthousiasm for beer. Very strange. -

no prob's its not really that important but it looks cool :D i keep opening zbrush and then banging my head against my desk and till i close it 5 min later. hope my teacher makes learning it easy but i dont have to worry about that till end of 1st year. -

Really liking what you've done to the costume a lot. Big improvement over the prototype on the 1st post. Any side shot ? Her hips seem a little .... flat. Her hairline seems too far back and it looks like she doesn't have enough cranium. And please give her eyebrows. -

Today I made some scrollwork to go on the flintlock. I'm aiming for it to be a very extravagant weapon but I'll sculpt in a lot of damage as if its owner has fallen on hard times or something. The 1st 2 were made by setting the pattern as an alpha in zbrush. The 3rd one was made in max using the design as a template. -

That's insane! He's not adding edge loops to everything. What did he mean by "Double Smooth" Oh does he mean: 1st Turbosmooth- Tick smooth by group. Then seperate sections into groups. To give you a general nice smoothing 2nd Turbosmooth - Add extra edge loops if needed to define further -

I'd say, we should all do character from the same concept art. Great learning experience and it's still up to each of us to decide the style of it. GameArtisan will have Comic Challenge something on the 1st of Jan anyway. So, let's keep noob learning something for us and different from challenge. ;P -

The trend of live action trailers is becoming more common and that one was stellar. hopefully some of the people behind these go on to make films, like neill blomkamp did. Can't wait to play this, you guys at Insomniac are a rediculously talented bunch… -

Probably I've found a bug: I have PV on a 2nd monitor in full screen mode. On top of it I have windows explorer- an opened folder. I've tried to drag and drop some image from that folder to my 1st, main monitor and that cause freeze of the windows explorer. I had to close the process.
