Go Go frenchfry power! Looking great Pior. I love the super dark shading. I think it could be a bit more powerful if you introduced a light grey and used it to draw attention to the parts that you leave in straight b&w like you have now.
@Bolovorix thanks! @Fabi_G , thanks! I hadn't considered player placed traps, but I have sketched out some ideas for environmental traps. I was thinking that some enemies might not be possible to defeat directly with your firepower, but have to be lured. Regarding visual design, I took a look at Ashen and thats definitely…
praise to carmack. QT3D was crud. If there's any real expert here, what was the difference between Photo Soap and Power Goo? other than the latter came with every scanner, digital camera and what not and you would end up with as many power goo CDs as you had AOL ones.
Well, was gonna post some stuff about a few quick bits o' wrenching on the 'cuda, but seeing as the powers that be have taken a "this is not your blog" attitude, I'll pass. If the powers that be want to move this to the P&P section to keep it alive, I'll go with that. PM me if that's gonna be the direction that's taken.
Not if you aren't a very good coder and you want something that can easily port to pretty much all platforms. Also, unity has the easiest importing of assets ive seen in an engine. Performance problems aren't really Unity's fault, but the iPhones, Unity is pretty powerful (not as powerful as UDK, but its a great engine).
Wow, if that works as seen and as smooth as shown that could be a super powerful tool! Going to give the Beta a shot, thanks for sharing it. Edit: Gave the Beta a quick once over, powerful stuff. Now you can enjoy 1 minute of me breaking things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGLottHftf4&feature=youtu.be
Loving some of hwo this sounds Eric. If I remember right, V2 will utilise your GPU? If it does, will it be able to use multiple GPUs not in an SLI way, but in a scaling up the power way? A bit like Octane does. Would rather be using the full power of both my Titans, rather than just one :)
The Raven case fits a full sized power supply, says right in the description. There's also cases that need SFX-L or SFX power supplies which are smaller. The ncase m1 might be my favorite case that could easily fit in a backpack or under your arm. The Raven isn't exactly small.
Wow love the first pose, perspective is spot on, great torque in the hips. This must be the slower pose, which I think combined with the perspective, makes her feel very powerful. The second pose is sprite and quick, shows agility, but is lacking the power of the first one. Good luck, looking forward to this one!
It should be noted that this uses a different digitizer tech than Wacom Cintiqs and Tablets. It requires a battery powered stylus. I don't know if that's positive or negative. http://surfaceproartist.com/blog/2015/1/6/ces-2015-wacoms-new-active-es-powers-toshibas-encore-2-write-tablets
