I think you textures are too messy. You got some strange harsh lines in your texturemap. If you handpaint them you need to pay more attention to detail and have to clean them up a bit. However the proportion is quite good. Also pay attention on where on the model you place dirt and mud. It looks pretty random atm. Last but… -
