Does anybody know why every time I open my zbrush file I should load my custom user interface again through preferences/config/load ui? I hit store config when enable customize button was active.
looks like enormous cost for lumen in this scene. You can toggle lumen by placing a post process volume in the scene, set the extent to be unbound, and then set the reflection and global illumination to none, rather than lumen. I dont have this project, but I am using lumen in my own projects and not seeing cost like that…

Indeed, "good" or "bad" in my opinion are merely subjective qualities relative to the viewer's mind / eye but baseline knowledge underpinned via foundational principles I'd linked above will enable "breaking" aesthetic boundaries in pursuit of your own style, effectively.

Yeah, I was just taking the piss : ) and mine IS messy but living as a house guest doesn't fully enable customising my usual setup plus I guess the second thread's OP didn't know about this one.
Viewer uses image compression for the textures to reduce the scene file size. This can cause some artifacts in certain situations. You can try enabling Lossless Normals, this should improve it, at the expense of large file size.
Not really sure what exactly you want here.Is it maybe like when you enable “Pin Pivot Position” in tool settings? This will always keep pivot how you set it until you reset it again.
Yeah I totally agree about the quality lost with the total loss of the shadow map when enabling the capsule shadows. I almost wished it could lerp to the capsule shadows only when entering a shadowed area.
