The Fade is totaly bad :( Also the Curve is fine, isn´t it? He fades, but not total dark and that i dont understand,because i give him 0.5 sec to be totaly dark. Now its more like Blue Police Light.
Like this: Should be enough, I wasn't sure whether you had something to guide you other than "anime mercenary". Too tall for anime female character (about 0.5 heads taller, legs are longer, the rest fits fine).

@thomasp I only used Max 2015 for 10 months at my last job. The settings were under Mouse preferences IIRC. I also ended up swapping RMB and MMB in the Wacom drivers by creating a separate entry for Max.
How do I make 3DO display the model in the background of Photoshop like in your Quixel SUITE 2.0 workflow primer video? I have Photoshop 2015. I can only get 3DO to show up as a separate window.
I always work at 1:1 scale, because of the problems with relax tool and viewing; and at the end I crop texture in photoshop and in 3ds max I use uvw xform mod where I just put 0.5 instead of 1.
