Thanks MM. I agree about the wings I went in and adjusted them a bit more. First time doing wings like this. They still need alot more work.. and looking at the concept I think it still has some proportion issues. :\ -

I would suggest losing the fixed wing idea and going with a shrouded blade (helicopter) like those jump ships in the movie Pandora. Then you can hover. It would help with overall composition too because the wings aren't as busy as the rest of model. -

For something like that you would want to use a floater decal. SO you would take the text off the wing and put it onto a flat plane with some alpha mapping for the text and then lay that over the top of the wing where the text would go. -

Well pistols who's loader that hinge on the front bottom, rather then on the more recognised side loaders have been made. The reason they havent been more prolific is due to their tendancy to break at the hinge over time. Very cool style in a game though. -

Thanks ReMixx, I like the idea of using pieces of the Radiant Ancient for the back piece. I did have a wing design in mind a bit, kind of burnt wings of a fallen angel or something, due to the exile/prisoner theme. Also working on this set with Square. He's still reworking the sword a bit. -

I want to try do some hair with alpha textures, this and the rest of the details probably will make the top pop more I think....but I will put more color on the wings tex too it`s dark and boring that part... Yours are great, just feel that the wings pendant are a little disproportionate Pryzern -

After seeing the concept for that ship in the lowpoly thread thread a few days back I tried to make an ship my self, if it's not to much trouble, can I see a larger view of the wireframes, particularly the wings? Wings always give me a hard time. -

Slum: isnt there some crazy rumour of a new elite title in the works? I loved the space sims too. Wing Commander and X-Wing vs Tie Fighter were great. I still have the original tie fighter on 1.4 floppy somewhere. -
