Negotiating a salary
As i'm in the process of looking for a new Job. I got thinking about the interview process. I've had quite a few Interviews in my life and I consider myself quite competent in interviews but I have never negotiated my wage. I walked into my last Job after a degree so I pretty much just got student salary and pay rises… -

You can use any lens effects/pfx as long as you use them well. edit: by well, I mean that they either make sense for your game/environment or are used subtly. for lens flares try to follow the rule that they are an additional piece of information in the frame and if they are necessary. what purpose do they serve the story?… -
