That could be because of Unity's different unit.. is it ok when you adjust it to sth like 0.10 for the imported scale? If not, you could try to save the skin weights with export/import weights. That option is usually jaggedy, but it exists.
About the spam recently. Would It be possible to have a stricter policy for new accounts to reduce spam? For example: If a new account makes a post and it is flagged, it should go to moderation on the 1st flag (or 3rd) rather than the 5th.
I'm playing on Normal, but got repeatedly owned in the first fight in the castle. I think it was around the 4th attempt that I realized I kept drawing my silver sword instead of my steel sword. Doh.
Just because they had enough footage to make a 4th movie, doesn't mean it would have been a good film. Your standard movie has three acts. I doubt they cut three entire acts.
Your barrel construction is off. Your outer planks are just cutting horizontall. They're cylindrically wrapped around the barrel in the concept and real life. Nice job wth the spigot. Did you want it faceted that way?

The same problem seems to happen when selecting the spare parts. For some reason the original arms and thighs stay black but the original head is fine , with no neck ofcourse. Any help ith this problem will be greatly appreciated Thanks
