Sketchbook: STRIKER
Shit, have to jump into polycounts community. I'm going to start off with some speedies :) So right now i have some 40-60 min sketches. fun to do for warm ups And im starting this silhouette practice thingy, just coming up with silhouettes and making sculpts from them. Also they just announced that any tiers of the founders ($150, $60, $20) now get access to the alpha right away. Drop $20 or more and support the devs, they're awesome. I just picked up torchlight, and I'll probably pay $25 for the humble indie bundle next pay check. I'll get trine once I've played the other games :P I was going to get AC2 for the PC, but the DRM and $60 bucks is a bit much. I'd rather pay $60 for a ton of great indy games. -

How the model numbers work is: 560 5 = generation 60 = model So as above, a 560 can be better than a 630, in this case it is by a huge amount. The 630 is a really low end card. If you want to get into specifics, I do about 50 pec flys on one machine at the maxium weight Around 60 lifts on the weight machine at maxium weight 30 pull ups on the bar, 60 squats, and bench press about 250 pounds. I am a muscular fellow, but I sometimes have a gut because I eat rather unhealthy things at times. -

I didn't say the price is high. I said the points are low. At least 60 starting points of Indie Team license which is designed for up to 10 artists is too low compared to freelancer which is 50 points for 1 person. Sure we can top-up. I just meant 60 runs out in first few days of month for an indie team. -

Yeah dont waste your money buying a $60 video card unless you want to keep buying a new $60 card every 4-5 months. I have a 6600GT and got it for $185 and couldnt be happier. Also if you can find a cheap 9800 PRO that would be a pretty good deal too, i think you can get a 128meg version for about $125
