The thing is there are a dozen guys who are better than you and unemployed at any given moment. If you're not moving forward and pushing yourself to improve, then what's the incentive for your employer to keep you around? You have friction on your side since you're already in the door but if you're just idling (skills…
I really like the overall für feel of the apartment The normals of your bricks are photosourced, right? They don't read very well.. Also.. your props are placed very randomly.. drinks next to the tv? Idk... why spreading valuable cocaine across the room.. still doesn't read as cocaine to me, sry Nice start, though ^^
I think your zombie version looks pretty cool. I'm in the process of making a M4 and have been looking for ways to add some character to it too. Maybe you could add a scope? idk though, just a thought. Looks good so far though! A lot better than what I'm doing :)
So what i found till now, after read tons of forums, blogs, tutorials, if you dont want those seems you have to combine them. The other tweaks you do just help to reduce it but cant totally fix. Also deferred rendering helps but idk. If anybody gives advice i appreciate.
Tahnks Trevor. The IK joint chain for the legs is actually my biggest concern, as is getting a hold on the idle pose and importing it onto said custom rig, which is a different concern were trying to tackle in another thread. I currently have a friend doing what he can to rig something up, will post with results.
Nope your not crazy its definitely there! Its certainly there! And yea idk why...but its more noticeable as the animation goes on in the later frames F150+ . . . No clue why... But the problem with the back leg is the knee is poppin. It goes Knee Out-In-out. When it should be just a clean Out-In motion to match the rest of…
some awesome stuffs in here :O. Pior, that was just a black ball-point pen, and then going over it with some graphite shading (i use one of these for shading http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e305/muzzoid/g2415.jpg). Its two super standard mediums but they do have a pretty cool look when used in that way.
Currently, you recalibrate the Kinect by covering it up totally then uncovering it. That's how the software works. So if you just cover it, it just idles until it's uncovered. Besides, how many of you still use Skype with no regards to this?…
Paintover! It looks like you're going for that bold, high contrast, warhammer40ky look. Trouble is where you should have bold, high contrast colors, you just have flat bright ones. Quite a messy paintover, but this is how I'd personally treat the materials: http://i22.tinypic.com/wb8a6u.jpg Just to give something to…
I looked this QSB up, and so far it seems like it's just some crap for putting MD2s in a scene. In short, it does what every decent modelling application is capable of doing already: placing objects. If you want to take pictures of game models posed, just open up your editor of choice and do it.
