If you're a 3D artist in need of a new computer, or just want to upgrade an old one, this is the thread for you! Building a PC can get very expensive, and many simply don't know enough about computers to make an informed decision on what to buy. This thread aims to help those who are less tech savvy, or whose knowledge is…
Hi :) I think the lighting can be improved, try to make it brighter (even if it's an interior, low lit scene). I see a gereral diffuse light but not clear light source influencing the scene, nor strong shadows. The final image should be well exposed. Try to get a good result in render directly, then tweak a little in PS.…
@carvuliero Yea I would like that, I now see the changes the warmer light makes, I wanted the cold light to be a nice contrast to her warm colors, but I drowned them out a bit harshly. Thank you
looks nice.. but one thing thats always bugged me from the start is that high up in the clouds.. its going to be cold and hard to breathe.. but yet everyone is dressed like they would be on the ground -.-. anyway will probably pick it up anyway..
thats still really cold for pheonix, even this time of year its usually 70-80 degrees. im curious if its been tested on the iphone or ipod touch yet and how many polys the scene and some of its assets are.
Time for another princess! This time very inspired by Frazetta. Barbarian Princess "The people of the High North, forged in the great mountain citadels, tempered by the cold, and fitted in furs and gold. War has never come more naturally to another race."
I echo what others have said so far. Also I think the tower needs some snow/ice added to it. If you looking at the structure only, you wouldn't say it was in the middle of a very cold and snowy landscape.
Dunno if you've ever been in a proper company server room, it's really cold lol. Huge air vents etc to keep the servers cool, so it could be good to take advantage of that to add some interesting vent network overhead.
i prefered it more liten then now. It's to dark, the lighter one (before building the lights) have more contrast and feels so cold and a place i dont want to be at. the latter one seems to cosy and nice. quite the place !:P
I think shes cool, a better background would help, something subtle in a complementary colour, she just blends into the blue blobs otherwise. Also I think a backlight or fresnel effect would really sell the cold look
