You have to upload it to some sort of hosting service (such as a private FTP if you have one, or a free site like photobucket, dropbox or imageshack). Then you can link it on the forums. -

We used the 5.56 sig 551 during my military service, it's as accurate as a gun can be on 300m. And easy to clean too. I would recommend it for any sport sharpshooter -

Please use proper image uploading services, nobody likes thumbnails and the textured versions seem to be buggy aswell on my side, I cannot see them , probably my browser tho -

Probably because those cities don't already have Fiber service like FiOS. If it's like cable the areas with FiOS signed deals with Verizon barring any other providers from coming in.
