I get what your saying, but 99% of other wordpress portfolio themes pretty much work like that where-as this one is geared more towards the sort of portfolio style of cg artists. -

The designs are very flat. First thing that came to my mind was Toy Story 1 and other early 90's CG. I'd do something about the dog's fur and the boy's clothes. -

it's like the CG Orville Redenbacher, creepy and in bad taste. Either Courtney Love was too high to understand what they planned to do, they didn't fully explain what they had planned or a combination of both. -

I did trim. However the idea of the rotating camera is good, though it does touch on my phobia of gimicky CG Camera moves. Good. Hmmm though re-rendering is a bitch... Scott -

Yes and as we all know PS2 games had graphics on par with movie-quality prerendered CG, right? In other words, those are theoretical numbers that will NEVER EVER be reached in actual usage. -

Today I have greatly improved the Topology; and after rewatching the 'CG Chain Fundamental' videos, am felling pretty good about how this is turning out. Going to model the engine soon. -

Getting real feedback is a lot better than getting ignored (CGS) or praised (GA), that's one reason I really enjoy polycount, even though people can be rough/harsh sometimes. -
