It looks fine in XnView, that's the weird thing. Just not windows image viewer or PS. And changing it too that value makes it look worse, very light grey feel to it. -

Each mesh group is treated as a separate object. Whatever you do to one group will need to be mirrored to the other group, if both groups are intended to be on the same texture sheet in the end.
