Well, I think the sensivity *to* it, might be geographical. Compared to this vast chunk of land Im sitting on, the UK is tiny of course. Hmmm, so it looks like not only Height Position and Range affects Normal output, but also any Transform on normal map. I put the Normal Sobel output through a Material Transform with 25% width and height. The thing is, in this industry, the way things are, very few vets have spent all of that time with one studio. They've got to find their jobs just like anyone else. Experience obviously helps, but the foundation stays true. Put together a good solid portfolio. Make it easy for people to find and navigate said portfolio.… -
