haha awesome I love it. I was going to do an evil looking one but I got tied up in contract work. Nice! Love the blue greens you used in the shadow. I also like how you extended his face down into the beard part and it worked so well.
might have an easy fix for you: [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYmFeYO2aK0&feature=related[/ame] this plugin is called extended duplicate, you can find it on the webs with a little poking around. but yea id do it in maya unless its for like a comp that says to use Z -Woog
should just be able to right click your desktop and select properties from the menu, and then the settings tab should have the 2 monitors showing up with squares 1 and 2 inside. select the number 2 square and then under the screen resolution there is a bullet for "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor"
@Garasin Really cool to see someone documenting their process. You may want to resize or move the pictures on your website though, right now you have a ton of empty space to the left and you need to scroll to see the pictures that extend far towards the right (at least when viewing on a 1080p monitor).
Most people think this is a button masher. But to get a nice chain to air to finish that can kill all on screen enemies is really hard. Switching yourvweapons mid combo changes the branching or can extend. You can just mash on the buttons, but it will take a long time to kill the enemies. Learning witchtime is a must.
Everyone else think the legs are way to long? I did previously play with extending the body but then it just looked totally wrong. She has heeled boot on which make her legs look longer. I have been looking at other models, and didn't think the proportions where that far out.
1) There is lots of edge rings around the eye but not here which when subdivided a lot this would be very uneven area of the eye which would have less polygons 2) Firstly to support 1 and you have a line there which would could extend for extra geo in that area of the back which needs it
Kinda wish there was more comments and details from the judges, like back in the 2014 contest. The ‘Animation’ category has nice feedback and explanation of what the judges were basing their decisions on, but this doesn’t seem to extend to the other categories. I am assuming there is no further communication from the Riot…
Seems like you have trouble working on your own for extended periods. My suggestion is to collab, or like create something for a mod or something similar. You probably work best when you are accountable, it can be much easier to become motivated when you fell your work has purpose.
If you have the extended license, I'm sure that poly planes with stacked/flipped/mirrored UVs would make an effective canvas for painting realtime with any kind of symmetry you can dream up. From there, you should be able to capture what you've painted and create a normal 2d document from that.
