Haven't announced anything about the epic edition yet, just that there will be one! :) it'll be worth it! Super stoked to have people play gears 3, been a labor of live for a while now. can also get beta acess with the Epic edition of bulletstorm on the 18th too, so go buy bulletstorm because it is fun! :) -

Thanks for the heads up madartist, think i'll be down for the feb 13th show. I'd also put in my vote for testament, I'd rather see them than slayer all together. sylosis is pretty good as well, melodeath ftw man, but i prefer the old gothenburg originals...in flames, at the gates, and the like. -

This is true. Amy is my hardware engineer now and she started as a designer. she's now lv 5 everything but hacker, and her stats are INSANE now. I'm at the 15th year but she's almost 400 in one of her stats and 200-350 in all the rest. then again, she's also 4k to keep hired :X -

Just finished this sculpt: Meet Marta, an ex teacher with a passion for good cigars. Her son gave her a shotgun for her 70th birthday. She doesn't use it that often, maybe once or twice a month, when some punks try to steal her cigars or her pension ( in that order ). More images here:… -

I gotta say, that tank irritates the BEJEEZUS outta me in World of Tanks - if I'm driving it, it's always at the bottom of the tier list for a given battle and blows up after two hits. If someone else is, it's near the top, and takes more killing than Jason from Friday the 13th. Still, nicely done! Which gun you going with? -

@mrgesy: Sort of, im not the best concept artist but I would like to put a few days aside (maybe 30th and part of 31st when I get back from holiday) to do some half decent sketches. What I have at the minute is really loose and something I can follow but maybe make someone else confused. -

Thanks man! I started with blocking in his cloth and go further with his 18th century wig. The first instance will be a fully clothed game model in t-pose. But the final entry will be in the same pose and unclothed state like my clay sculpture was. I will use only his thrown away clothes as somekind of a base for this… -
Re: UE4 for Visualisation. Ideas and Processes
My major issue is just the time it takes for a ray trace render - something that UE4 can render in 1/30th of a second takes vray 5 minutes. Obviously they use different algortihms shaders etc, but to the average person the difference is indistinguishable. If VRAY makes the shift to real time rendering, than I will have… -
Re: A Boy and his Monsters {Character WIP}
Tonight progress: Adjusted the gloss (again), albedo, and all the eye textures. A few more stray stands of hair and a sanity check on the gloss work then I think he's done. Oh and the monogram gold stitching too. I'll start blocking out the scene next week... Note to self look up 19th century operating theaters.
