Got some errors like that on my 6670 as well. Sometimes restarting the marmoset toolbag fixes the errors, weird but thats it and my 6670 is not that high end
Its your topology around the indent that is causing the triangle like shading error. In this case, having an n-gon to terminate the loops is giving you the error.
The X shaped errors you're seeing are a triangulation mismatch between Maya and Marmoset. Quads are just two triangles but how they're set is arbitrary between applications. If you triangulate your model before exporting for baking that should keep the normalmap synced with Maya. Alternatively if you have no overlapping or…
Try beveling the edges where you have the casting errors on the top left of your image. Even where there are no errors a sharp 90 deg bend is an ugly thing.

I see no error. The nexManip thing I know has been around, we see it all the time and it's not really an issue, just a warning. Or is the MFnDagNode thing the error?
Thanks! That's closer as it doesn't give an error anymore. .. however, as soon as the progress bar hits 100%, Modo crashes without any sort of useful error message.
