@kinkersnick ignore the snark there - you've asked a perfectly reasonable question with an actual answer. Everyone's got to start somewhere and budgets are an arsehole. (First off though, you need to shift the idea of "AAA quality" vs "indie quality". Some of the best developers in the world work for tiny indies) Given…
The transparency thing didn't work. The script works fine if all of the viewport stuff is turned off :/ And the normal viewport grabbed which max has works fine, I just can't seem to make it to "render" the image at a larger scale. The sculpts / high poly…
Thanks guys, I'll jump on it after work today. I need to do some reading on how to adjust screenspace ambient occlusion. :poly122: @ vofff: Thats probably as low poly as its gonna get, the whole scene is 336 triangles right now but I'll take a 2nd look at it tonight and see if i can cut down somewhere.
First of all i want to give a shoutout to Xendance for bringing the MANW contest to my attention and making my life a living hell for the past 3 months. All jokes aside, Im done bashing my head in to RV4 because the addon is finally done! You can download it here:…
I've got a cheap $100-$150 desk from Office Depot with some cheap shelves from Bed Bath And Beyond and I'm pretty happy. I keep my tablet on the shelf to the right with some art books when I'm not using it and it pull it out whenever I need it. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3360480/Miscellaneous/IMG_0194.JPG
