enable backface culling, object > right click > properties > check backface culling also assuming from that picture some faces are flipped wrong, maybe do a modifier > normal ... uniform normals.
Quick Bump - Confirmed for ATi and Nvidia that setting to App Controled will fix the issue. Also, in the case of Nvidia at least, make sure you have 'Single Display Performance' enabled. Cheers FlynT!
There is not. However you can enable a few more options in the bevel toolbox by clicking its upper right menu. Force parallel can be useful. But there's nothing to automagic beveling this particular shape for you.
Ran into this awhile back before as well. Just to let anyone know exactly where to fix the issue, go to Customize > Preferences > Gamma and LUT tab > Uncheck Enable Gamma/LUT Correction.
While your still scratching the surface it's difficult to decide what you like best, more time spent and indepth knowledge will enable you to make a choice later. Keep going at it and enjoy :)
When you are in the instance of the material, there is a checkbox next to the texture slot. You need to check this in. Then the parameter is enabled in this instance. Then you can assign a selected texture from the content browser, with the assign button.
there is a script where you can enable the old windows viewer again, which I find perfectly fine Windows 10 viewer should never be used as it uses a sharpen filter by default
Yeah that Mafia 2 demo was what I tested it on. My performance dropped by 3-6fps with the 8600GT enabled versus just letting the GTX 260 handle both. I was pretty upset . :/
Thanks for the info dudes. I found out the reason the DX9 viewport was buggy was because I had hardware shading enabled... A co-worker pointed this out, and everything seems to be working great :)
@joshflighter - Sorry for the inconvenience! If I may ask, which version of Chrome are you using? Is Javascript enabled? Mac or PC? I've just responded to your support request as well! Cheers, Tyler
